About Jeffrey K. Schaffer

Jeff Schaffer's practice is concentrated in business sales and acquisitions and diverse corporate and business law matters, shopping center and commercial leasing, and labor and employment law. In addition to private practice, Jeff has served as in-house counsel in a privately owned multi-national company engaged in industrial manufacturing and distribution, as Commercial Real Estate Counsel in the Law Division of Jewel Companies, Inc. (now a part of Albertson's Inc.), and as Jewel's New England Regional Counsel where he supervised and managed all legal activity, including employment law issues for thousands of employees, for Star Market Co. (VP and General Counsel), Osco Drug, Inc., Brigham's and White Hen Pantry franchise operations, and MASS Feeding Co.

Jeff holds a B.A. from DePauw University and a J.D. from Indiana University Law School. He is a director of the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce and is a former director and current member of the Massachusetts Food Association.

Jeff is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Illinois.
